Profile
Michael Zhang is involved in research in diabetic cardiomyopathy and nephropathy. His role involves animal models, histopathology, echocardiography and cardiovascular haemodynamic assessment, as well as teaching students and visitors various techniques. Michael is also currently undertaking a PhD in the area of 'novel anti-fibrogenic therapies in an animal model of diabetic renal and cardiac disease'.
